Ok, so my training was going pretty well, other than the week of non-running due to vacation and cold, but was feeling good and still running strong, but now I've been sidelined by IT Band Syndrome. I have all the PT exercises from the last time I got it, which I've been doing, but it's not exactly helping. Once I get this, it's usually the end of my training. I hope not! I really want to qualify for Boston! Any suggestions? Maybe I should get one of those bands to put around my knee? I have hear from some that they aggravate the IT band. Hmm.......I guess I'll keep icing, running, and stretching, doing my exercises and hope it helps!
On another note, I am close to getting a job I hope. I have had 4 interviews for a job in Chicago that I really want, so keeping my fingers crossed!
